Established in 1994 as the centerpiece of the Grayhawk development, Grayhawk Golf Club has become one of the country’s best daily fee golf facilities featuring two par-72 golf courses – Talon and Raptor – engineered with their own distinctive personalities. Talon offers a desert-style test of golf that skirts thick stands of Sonoran Desert and box canyons on the way to large multi-tiered greens. Raptor delivers more traditional challenges clearly laid out come-and-get-it style with generous fairways and deep greenside bunkers guarding crowned greens. Both of the highly acclaimed layouts at Grayhawk Golf Club are widely considered to be among the best golf courses in Scottsdale.
The clubhouse – open to the public – offers a variety of dining options all featuring a laid-back, casual elegance perfect for everything from a cold after-golf beer to a romantic dinner for two. Grayhawk’s dining venues offer sprawling patios that take full advantage of the incredible Scottsdale weather with warming fireplaces and cooling misters for added comfort in any season.
The Grayhawk residential community is comprised of two distinct, yet interconnected neighborhoods: The Park and The Retreat. There are nearly 3,800 housing units featuring a diverse mix of sizes and styles. While the community overall is not gated, several of the smaller neighborhoods within the community are gated. Each of the six separate condominium sub-associations within the Grayhawk community operate with their own HOA and are assessed monthly in addition to the quarterly Grayhawk Community Association and Retreat Village Association (if applicable) assessments.
